BRONC / LADY BRONC HOOPS - The Broncs and Lady Broncs will play at the Flaming Gorge classic tournament in Green River this week 32 teams from Wyoming , Utah and Colorado will play in the annual event.
Thursday the Lady Broncs open with Star Valley at 3:15 and the Broncs face Union high school from Roosevelt Utah at 6:45 both games can be heard live on 14-10 KWYO and 87.7 FM.
The Broncs are 1-2 on the season Head coach Gale Smith says the season is just starting for the Broncs and is looking for the team to take a big step in getting better this week.
And he says the young Broncs did look better against Riverton in their last game including a great game inside by Judson White.
And he expects the Bronc team to evolve and and make big improvements by the time the conference season begins in the middle of January.
Following the Flaming Gorge tournament next week on Thursday the Broncs will play at Buffalo while the Lady Broncs host the Bison for their final games of 2012.
SC HOOPS - The Sheridan college Generals beat Williston North Dakota in Williston Monday night 57-55 to run their record to 12-3 overall they will host Gillette along with the Lady Generals Friday.
FOOT HILLS CLASSIC BASKETBALL - The Tongue River and Big Horn high school basketball teams will host the Foot Hills classic tournament Friday and Saturday as teams from the other side of the Big Horn will be in town this week for games.
They will be the final games of the December for the Tongue River teams while Big Horn will host games with Moorcroft next Thursday.
WRESTLING - The Sheridan Bronc wrestlers will be at a tournament in Worland this weekend then home Tuesday for a dual with Billings Senior next week.
COWBOY HOOPS - The Wyoming Cowboys are 10-0 they are off until December 18th when they host a game with Denver University.
COWGIRL HOOPS - The Cowgirls are 7-1 they play at home Friday against Weber state.
BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos play at Baltimore Sunday it's an early start with the pregame at 9:05 and kickoff at 11:00 on 14-10 KWYO and 87.7 FM.
