GENERALS / LADY GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college basketball teams open conference play last night with games against Little Big Horn community college
The Lady Generals had their struggles early but were able to pull away in the second half for the 77-45 victory. Sophomore Fallon Lewis says they had a tough night but got it together for the win.
The Lady Generals are now 10-2 on the season as Lewis talks about how the first dozen games have gone.
They will close out the first half of their season at Northwest college in Powell Saturday and Lewis says it's and important conference road game.
The Generals are 12-0 after blasting the Rams 100-39 they jumped out to a 21-0 lead to start the game and never were threatened after that.
Sophomore Lamont Prosser says that during the opening 10 minutes of the game the Generals really wanted to get after the Rams.
The Generals are 12-0 and Prosser believes the Generals have something special going right now.
Now it's out on the road for the game at Northwest.
Generals Head coach Steve Smiley was pleased with how the Generals handled last night's game.
And Smiley says they end the first half of the season with a big game in Powell Saturday.
BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan high get back into action on Saturday.
They play another double header when they host Riverton the afternoon varsity games will be played at 2:00 and 3:30 and will be broadcast live on 14-10 KWYO and 95.9 FM.
EAGLES / LADY EAGLES BASKETBALL - The Tongue River Eagles and Lady Eagles host games with Rocky Mountain Friday.
RAMS / LADY RAMS BASKETBALL - The Big Horn Rams and Lady Rams have more tournament action this week when they play at an event in Wright.
COWBOY BASKETBALL - The Wyoming basketball Cowboys play at Colorado Friday night we will have that game for you live on KWYO and 95.9 FM pregame is at 6:30 with the tip at 7:00.
COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming football Cowboys make a trip to the New Mexico Bowl. They will face Temple University December 17th that's a week from this Saturday kick off is at noon and will be broadcast live on KWYO and 95.9 FM.
