BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Bronc football team is 4-0 after beating Rock Springs 15-6 last night. The Broncs over came five turnovers and played great defense picking up their 4th win of the season. The team's current winning streak is now at 15 straight.

Drew Slikker kicked three field goals and the Bronc defense gave up only 139 yards in total offense. They will play at home next week against Gillette.

EAGLES FOOTBALL - The Tongue River Eagles got two rushing touchdowns from Parker Jackson yesterday and shut out Moorcroft on the road 21-0.

THE SHERIDAN BRONCS HOST ROCK SPRINGS TONIGHT

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs host the Rock Springs Tigers tonight. The Broncs have been really tough on defense ranked 2nd in the state and they've out scored their opponents 91-27 in the first three games Head coach Don Julian.

The Tigers come into the game with a record of 1-2 overall and Julian says turnovers have hurt the Tigers but they do have a very good team.

The Tongue River Eagles will play on the road at Moorcroft at 1 pm live on am 14-10 KWYO.

The Big Horn Rams travel to Wright to play the Panthers at 7 pm on Magic 95.9 Fm.

The Sheridan Broncs host Rock Springs the game can be heard live on am 14-10 KWYO starting with the First Federal Savings Bank pregame show at 6:30 with kickoff at 7:00.

The Sheridan Broncs Host Rock Springs Tomorrow Night

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs host the Rock Springs Tigers tomorrow as they go after their fourth straight win.

They are coming off a 10-7 win at Green River last week Head coach Don Julian says it was great to pull off the victory on a night when they were not at their best.

The Broncs turn the ball over five times last week and they've worked hard this week to turn that problem around.

BRONC AND LADY BRONC TENNIS - The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis teams played at home yesterday. The Lady Broncs ran their season record to 7-1 overall and 4-1 in conference play after beating Kelly Walsh 4-1.

The Broncs lost to the Trojans 4-1 the Broncs lone winner was Reed Ritterbush winning his match in number #1 Singles in three sets.

This weekend the Broncs and Lady Broncs will play matches at Powell and Cody.

SC Rodeo

Sheridan college Rodeo- It was the first action of the season and Sheridan College placed third out of 14 schools. Allen Auer from Whitewood, SD and Zach Scofield from Faith, SD won the Short round in the Team Roping and Placed 2nd in the average. Allen got bucked off in the short round in the bullriding and ended up in 10th place. Zach Scofield placed 5th in the long round in the Saddle Bronc Riding and place 5th in the average. Shane Stevens from Hawk Springs, Wyoming placed 5th in the long round in the bareback riding and was 4th in the short round and 4th in the average.

TR EAGLES FOOTBALL - Tongue River Eagles football team fell short in a 26-20 loss against Glenrock last Friday.

The Eagles play at Moorcroft this week Head coach Chuck Walters says the Eagles are coming off a stinging loss against Glenrock but he can see the Eagles are getting closer to putting it all together.

And he says lessons learned in that loss has helped open the eyes of the players and coaches that will help them get ready to play at Moorcroft Friday.

IT WAS ANOTHER BUSY AND WILD WEEKEND ON THE LOCAL SPORTS SCENE

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs made it three straight wins to start the season overcoming five turnovers to beat Green River 10-7.

Head coach Don Julian says they knew it would be a tough game and it was good to get out of there with the victory. And it was good for the broncs to win and overcome the five turnovers.

The Broncs play their next two at home beginning with Rock Springs Friday night at 7:00.
