07/30/09 Sports for Thursday

LOCAL GOLF - Sheridan High School golfers Kamrin Allen and Cameron Lindell are playing in the Junior America's Cup Golf Tournament in Pasadena, California. On day two Allen fell off the pace a bit and Lindell improved his position. Allen shot 73 Tuesday and 82 yesterday and fell to 49th place, Lindell shot 79 Tuesday and 78 yesterday and is tied for 52nd place.

07/29/09 Sports for Wednesday

Sheridan High School golfers Kamrin Allen and Cameron Lindell are playing in the Junior Americas cup golf tournament in California. The event started yesterday, Allen fired a 3-over par 73 on day one. His round included five bogeys and two birdies, he is three shots off the lead tied for 11th place.

"Screaming" Eagles football camp next week

Tongue River High School football coach Chuck Walters and the Eagles coaching staff will host their annual football camp next week August 4th,5th and 6th at Tongue River high school. The camp is open to all players in the 1st through 8th grades, camp will run in the evenings between 6 and 7:30. The fee is 20 dollars per camper.
