Bronc Soccer hosts Cheyenne Central Tonight / Troopers Travel to Rapid Tomorrow / Rockies Blast Giants

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams have matches with Cheyenne Central tonight and Cheyenne East tomorrow.

The Broncs will play a make up match with Cheyenne South Monday that match will be played in Casper.

Next week the regular season ends with home games with Gillette on Friday.

Sheridan high school will host the 4-A East regional tournament in two weeks then the all-class state soccer tournament will be held at the Big Horn Equestrian center at the end of the month.

Local Sports Schedule Loaded this week / Troopers play two road double headers / Snickers Cup Soccer Opens Saturday

AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers are scheduled for two road double headers Saturday afternoon at Rapid City Post #320 and Sunday afternoon at Laurel, Montana.

Head coach Ben Phillips says these games will give the coaches a great chance to play as many guys as they can.

For the rest of the month they will only play on weekends but that will end in the first week of June when the season really gets going.

Spring High School Sports close out in May / Troopers Hit The Road This Weekend / Rox fall at SD

TRACK AND FIELD - This is the final week of the high school track and field season the Sheridan high school teams will compete in Gillette Friday, the Tongue River and Big Horn teams will compete at a meet in Upton.

Next week the 4-A East regional meet will be hosted by Cheyenne East high school. Big Horn and Tongue River will have their regional in Torrington

GOLF - The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers will host their own invitational Friday at Kendrick golf course. Spring golf season ends May16th and 17th at the conference tournament in Cheyenne.

Lady Ram Bailey Bard dominates the Wyoming Track Classic / Kendrick Golf Course has a great deal for season pass holders / Troopers play two road doubles dips this weekend

KENDRICK GOLF COURSE - Season pass holders at Kendrick golf course have more opportunity to tee it up this summer.

This year Kendrick has made an agreement with Lake Hills golf course in Billings for dual membership at both courses,here's Kendrick golf course Professional Brian James.

And last week that deal got even better adding another Wyoming course to the deal.

SC Generals Rodeo results

The Sheridan College Rodeo Team headed to Laramie for the last college rodeo of the 2015-2016 season.

We had a strong showing at UW with both the Men’s and the Women’s team placing 3rd at the rodeo. We had three individuals qualify for the CNFR.

Local Youth Volleyball Champs

The Sheridan Volleyball Club U14 Yellow team won the U14 Bronze bracket at Volleyfest this past weekend, April 30th & May 1st in Billings.

106 teams from Montana, Wyoming, Illinois and South Dakota competed at the Billings Metra Expo Center.

Youth Volleyball and Soccer Tournaments Highlight weekend in Sheridan County

WESTON JOHNSON YOUTH VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT - The annual "Weston Johnson" youth volleyball tournament will be played in Sheridan Saturday and Sunday.

They will have four youth divisions they will be using the gyms at the high school the junior and and YMCA for the event. Proceeds from the tournament go to the Weston Johnson scholarship fund.

SNICKERS CUP YOUTH SOCCER TOURNAMENT - The annual "Snickers Cup" youth soccer tournament will be played at the Big Horn Equestrian Center this weekend well over 100 youth teams from our region will compete.
