Buffalo, Kaycee Weekend Sports Wrap

The Buffalo Bison and Kaycee Buckaroos sports teams were in action this weekend and were successful in most cases.
The Bison football team improved to 4-3 with a blowout win at home over Torrington 52-6.
Buffalo got two rushing scores each from Aaron Fenner and Collin Rodriguez, another from Casey Sellers; two passing touchdowns from Rodriguez to Fenner and a field goal from Wyatt Witty in the blowout win.
The playoff picture for class 3A is still unclear, but will be set after this week's games. The Bison know they will be playing on the road in the first round of the playoffs, where will be determined this week.
Buffalo will travel to play Rawlins in their last regular-season game on Friday.
The cross country team was at the conference meet in Glenrock Friday, and the top finishers for Buffalo were Mikki Horton, 5th for the girls' varsity team; Audrianna Carder, 3rd for the girls' JV team; Isaac Keifer, 11th for boys' varsity; and Levi Bircher, 12th for the boys' JV team.
The Bison girls' swim team was in Newcastle for their qualifier meet.
Coach Ed Von Holst said the meet was a chance for the team to have some fun before the conference meet this weekend in Newcastle.
The Lady Bison volleyball team hosted Newcastle Thursday and competed well but eventually lost the match 3 games to 2. The team was in Worland Friday and dropped that match 3 games to 1.
The Kaycee Buckaroos' football team beat TenSleep 54-52, and the Lady Bucs' volleyball team beat Hulett 3-1.
