BRONCS / LADY BRONCS IN ACTION TONIGHT / POKES 13-0

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan high school basketball teams play Kelly Walsh high school tonight in Riverton the girls play at 5:30 the boys at 7:00 we will have both games live tonight on KWYO and 87.7 FM.

The Lady Broncs are 7-0 and hold the number one 4-A ranking heading into 2013 head coach Sean Yeager says the girls have come through their break in pretty good shape.

And he says beginning tonight they just look ahead to getting into the full season with no more breaks until mid March.

And he says all the games get tougher as they get ready to open conference play in a couple of weeks.

They play Kelly tonight, Evanston tomorrow and Riverton Friday and they expect to get a good test from all three opponents.

BH / TR BASKETBALL - The Big Horn Rams and Lady Rams host Wright tomorrow and the Tongue River Eagles and Lady Eagles host Moorcroft.

SC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college basketball teams play at home Saturday the Lady Generals will play at 2:00 against an all-star team while the Generals will play Laramie county at 4:00.

WRESTLING - The Sheridan Bronc wrestlers will compete at the "Shane Shatto" invitational in Douglas starting tomorrow.

SWIMMING - The Bronc swimmers will compete in Gillette today, they host a dual with Laramie tomorrow events will begin at 4:00.

INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD - The Bronc Lady Bronc indoor track season opens next week on Friday in Spearfish, South Dakota and Black Hills state university.

COWBOY BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys made it 13 wins in a row to start the season winning at SMU 59-56 Wednesday night. It's the best start in Cowboy basketball history at the university.

The Pokes are off until the conference opener next week on Wednesday when they host Boise state.

COWGIRL BASKETBALL - The Cowgirls stand at 10-2 overall they play at home tonight against the South Dakota school of mines,

ELKS HOOP SHOOT - The 2013 Elks hoop shoot will be held Sunday afternoon at the Hoffman dome at Sheridan college. Local elementary schools have already qualified the kids for the elks hoop shoot but if any child did not have a chance to qualify they can do so Sunday.

Organizer Gary Joy says all shooters should be at the dome no later than 1:30 on Sunday with free throw shooting starting at 2:00.
