4-A REGIONAL GOLF - The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers opened the 4-A East conference tournament in Cheyenne yesterday the Broncs are in 1st place,14 shots better than Cheyenne Central.

The Bronc's Cameron Lindell is in first place after day one teammate Kamerin Allen is in 3rd place.

The defending 4-A state champion Broncs have won 18 consecutive team tournament titles.

In the girls team race the Lady Broncs sit in 4th place Kindle and Kira Kirkham are tied for 8th heading into today's final round.

BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc soccer team will open the state soccer tournament Thursday morning against Rock Springs at the Big Horn Equestrian Center.

The Broncs and Tigers will meet for the first time this season in the first round at 11:30 Thursday morning

SHERIDAN HIGH SCHOOL TRACK - The state track and field championships open Thursday in Casper so it's a quick week for all the qualifiers to get ready to compete.

Sheridan high school Head coach Art Bauers says they do a lot of mental work in getting the athletes ready for the biggest meet of the year.

TONGUE RIVER EAGLES / LADY EAGLES TRACK - The Tongue River teams are coming off 2nd place finishes in the regional meet Head coach Chuck Walters says the Eagles and Lady Eagles did a good job of feeding off each others successes during the regional meet.

And Walters says they have confidence in their athletes to be ready to compete Thursday.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers are 5-1 on the season and will host a double header with the Billings Blue Jays Saturday afternoon the first game is scheduled to start at 1:00.
