BRONC WRESTLERS WIN BIG

BRONC WRESTLING - The Sheridan Bronc wrestlers took their dual with Buffalo last night the Broncs won all but two matches building up a big early lead Head coach Terry Burgess says it all started at 119 with Derek Berritini and Broncs just got rolling.

The Broncs will be on the road this weekend at the "Cowboy" invitational up in Miles City, Montana a tournament that will be a big test for the
Broncs.

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams play Billings Skyview Friday night both varsity games will start at 7:30 and both will be broadcast live.

The Broncs will play in Billings live on our sister stations KWYO and 95.9 FM the Lady Broncs can be heard live on 105.9 FM.

The Lady Broncs beat Skyview in Billings back in early December and Head coach Derek Bissitt says they expect the Falcons to be much better this time
around.

Saturday the Lady Broncs play at Casper Natrona while the Broncs host NC.

Again games times Friday will be at 7:30, Saturday the Lady Broncs play the fillies at 2:45 in Casper and the Broncs play NC at home at 4:30 and both games will be broadcast back to back on 95.9 FM.

BIG HORN / TONGUE RIVER BASKETBALL - The Big Horn and Tongue River basketball teams meet for the first time this season Friday in Big Horn varsity games times will be at 4:30 and 6:00

Saturday the Eagles and Lady Eagles will play games with Riverside the Rams and Lady Rams will play games at Kaycee.

PANTHERS / LADY PANTHERS BASKETBALL - The Arvada/Clearmont Lady Panthers won their game last night against the Buffalo JV's 45-22 both teams play games at Hulett and Meeteetsee Friday and Saturday

BOYS BASKETBALL RANKINGS - The latest boys high school basketball rankings are out and this week Tongue River and Sheridan join Big Horn and Buffalo among the rankings.

The Rams remain number two this week in the 2-A and the Bison remain number one in the 3-A poll the Tongue River Eagles enter the poll for the first time this season at number five.

The Sheridan Broncs made the 4-A poll for the first time by winning three in a row on the road last week and beating number four ranked Evanston.

The Broncs enter the poll at number four dropping the Red Devils to number five.

GENERALS / LADY GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Generals and Lady Generals are playing on the road this week.

The Generals play at Otero JC tonight in La Junta, Colorado then to Laramie county Friday and at Eastern Wyoming Saturday.

The Lady Generals will join the Generals in Torrington Saturday for games at EWC.

BRONC SWIMMING / DIVING - The Bronc swimmers and divers will be in Cheyenne for the Pre-Cheyenne invitational meet Friday and compete in the big event Saturday.

COWBOY BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys get back into action tonight they play at TCU. You can hear the game live on am 14-10 KWYO and 95.9 FM broadcast time will be at 5:30 with the tip at 6:00.

Former Sherdian college General JR Cadot plays for the Horned Frogs.

SHERIDAN BRONC GOLF - Sheridan high school head golf coach Larry Martoglio and assistant coach Jim Freissen were awarded coaches of year honors for the 2010 season by the Wyoming coaches association. The broncs took the state title last September.
