BRONCS WIN 4-A FOOTBALL STATE TITLE / EAGLES 1-A RUNNER UP / POKES LOSE AT SDSU / BRONCOS ROCKED BY KANSAS CITY

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs beat Gillette 38-31 to win the 4-A state football title in Laramie Saturday evening.

The Broncs built up a 31-7 halftime lead only to see the Camels charge back to get within a touchdown late in the 4th quarter, they went on a final drive to try and tie the game but the Bronc defense stopped them on 4th down at the Bronc 30 yard line with a minute and half to play, the Broncs were able to run out the clock and win the programs third state title since 2009, after the victory Head coach Don Julian.

The Sheridan Broncs are your 2015 4A State Football Champions! The Broncs took home the title after a close game against rival, the Gillette Camels!

Tongue River finished their season with a loss to Upton-Sundance, taking home a 2nd place finish for their season.

WYOMING STATE CHAMPIONSHIP FOOTBALL WEEKEND - The 2-A and 3-A title games are being played today Wheatland plays Glenrock for the 2-A title and Star Valley and Green River play for the 3-A championship.

It's been a great season for the Eagles their Head coach John Scott says the players got to this point with a lot of hard work and developing a great relationship with the coaching staff.

Generals / Lady Generals Hoops / Eagles-Broncs Football live from Laramie Saturday

SC HOOPS - The Sheridan college basketball teams are off and running both teams will be back in action Friday and Saturday.

Lady Generals will play at a tournament at the Air Force academy while the Generals will play at home at 7:00 Friday and Saturday against Yellowstone Christian and Presentation college.

Generals second year Head coach Matt Hammer says his young players are just starting to learn the college game.

BRONCS / EAGLES FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs and Tongue River Eagles will play back to back Saturday in the 1-A and 4-A state football championship games at War Memorial stadium.

The Eagles beat Lingle 26-9 Friday to make it back to back road playoff victories and will play Upton-Sundance for the championship at 1:00 Saturday afternoon.

The Eagles led wire to wire in the victory Friday and head into the title game with an 8-2 record. The Patriots beat the Eagles 35-6 in week three during the regular season.

Both games will be played next Saturday at War Memorial stadium.
