Bronc / Lady Bronc Soccer back in action tonight / 4-A Conference basketball changes coming in 2015

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams have matches today with Casper Kelly Walsh and they come at a good time with weather wiping out most of their weekend action last Saturday.

Both teams did win matches last Friday with Riverton tonight's games were added to the schedule to make up for missing the Casper jamboree Saturday.

The Lady Broncs will play at home tonight JV's play at 4:00 with the varsity going at 6:00.

The Broncs travel to KW and Head coach Kevin Riser says they got a pretty good result in Riverton as the players did a nice job of picking up their new attacking style of play.

And he says tonight's game at Kelly will help them out even more getting to play one of the better teams in the western conference.

Friday and Saturday the season gets rolling with conference home games with Cheyenne South and Laramie.

TRACK AND FIELD - The Sheridan high school track teams had their meet Saturday canceled this week they'll try it again on the road in Cody.

HIGH SCHOOL HOOPS - The Wyoming 4-A east conference basketball will have a new looked next season. Starting in 2015 all conference games for the Broncs and Lady Broncs will be double headers.

Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian says the schools voted to make the move. we'll here more in the new format from Julian tomorrow.

ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies beat the Kansas City Royals 8-2 in spring training action Monday. The Rockies have an opening day series for the 2014 MLB regular season on the road Miami April 1st.

The home opener is Friday April 4th against Arizona. You can hear all Rockies baseball games live on 87.7 FM ESPN radio.
