Bronc football opens fall camp / Full fall sports schedule opens Monday / Broncos at 49ers Sunday / Rockies fall at SD
BRONC FOOTBALL - The football season got underway yesterday for the Sheridan Broncs as two a days began head coach Don Julian says the Broncs had a pretty good day.
He says the days can get long and hot but the players were very excited to get started.
The first game is 18 days away and Julian says things will start happening quick as they end the first week of practice on Saturday
FALL SPORTS TIMELINE - The Big Horn Rams and Tongue River Eagles open practice on Monday with the rest of our local teams.
The Lady Bronc volleyball team will have two practices Monday at 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
The Bronc and Lady Bronc cross country teams meet Monday morning at 6:30 at the high school for their first run of the year.
The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers open practice Monday morning at 7:00.
The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis players meet Monday at 4:00 and the Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers meet at 10:00 Monday morning at Kendrick golf course
LOCAL FOOTBALL OFFICIALS - The Sheridan officials association is looking for more football officials for junior high and high school games this fall.
They will have an organizational meeting Monday night at 6:00 at the old Highland park school.

They will also be there to help get officials registered with the Wyoming High School Activities Association.
COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys open their season at home August 30th against Montana Cowboy football can be heard all season long on 14-10 KWYO.
BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos play their the next exhibition game on the road at San Francisco Sunday afternoon, you can hear the game live on 14-10 KWYO and 87.7 FM pregame starts at 12:05 with kickoff at 2:00.
ROCKIES BASEBALL - The Colorado Rockies opened up a series at San Diego last night and lost 4-3. You can hear tonight's game live on 87.7 FM ESPN radio the first pitch will be at 8:10.
