Swimming / Cross country regionals start Friday / Big Match ups in Friday night lights action

SWIMMING / DIVING - The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers open up their two day conference meet tomorrow at Cheyenne South high school.

CROSS COUNTRY - The Sheridan high school cross country teams will run at their conference meet tomorrow in Gillette.

The Tongue River and Big Horn cross country runners compete at their conference meet at the Devils Tower golf club in Hulett.

Sheridan will host the all-class state championships next Saturday the meet will be held on the grounds of the Sheridan VA.

SRD set to host a Halloween fun run

Saturday October 31st the Morning Mayhem Halloween 6k Race and the Spooky Sprint 1 mile kids run and 1 mile Halloween Walk.

- Prizes awarded to best costume for male and female participants in the Morning Mayhem race.

- Prizes awarded to best costume for boys and girls in the Spooky Sprint.

- Prizes awarded to the winner of the 6k for men and women.

- $4 for kids 18 and under, $6 for adults, $8 for a pair, $10 for a family

- Proceeds go to Sheridan Rec programs such as the Penrose Pacers running club.

- Start/Finish: Sheridan Recreation District office

More homecoming week notes Sheridan, Tongue River and Big Horn high schools are all celebrating.

Several athletes at Sheridan high school will miss Friday's festivities because the Lady Bronc swimmers and divers and the Bronc and Lady Bronc cross country teams have their conference meets.

X-COUNTRY Cross country will run in Gillette Friday next week Sheridan is the host site for the state cross country championships.

FOOTBALL - It's Homecoming week in Sheridan county for all of our schools, the Sheridan Bronc football team will play a huge game with Natrona county Friday night.

Don Julian is not only the Broncs Head coach but also the Activities Director for school district two and he says homecoming should be a exciting week for all the students.

Broncs, Rams, Eagles and Broncos all win Pokes fall to 0-6

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Broncs blew out Cheyenne Central 66-21. The Broncs took Central apart scoring 45 points in the first half racking up nearly 600 yards of total offense for the game, Head coach Don Julian.

And Julian says he felt like he could really open up the Bronc offense and the players did the rest.

Broncs, Eagles and Rams post football victories Wolves lose at home /Pokes lose

The Broncs blew out Cheyenne Central 66-21.
Big Horn and Tongue River posted nice road wins at Burns and Southeast.
NSI lost at home against Kaycee.
