BRONC / LADY BRONC X-COUNTRY - The Bronc and Lady Bronc cross country teams are coming off a good performance at the Sheridan "Michelle Ludwig" invitational.

Head coach Art Bauers says Saturday's results were very good for all their runners. And he says their team building process is really starting to pay off.

Results Form Another Busy Local Sports Weekend

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs beat Evanston 49-3 to run their record to 3-0 the Broncs were a heavy favorite Friday night and Head coach Don Julian says they went out and did exactly what they wanted to do.

This week they hit a very tough stretch of game and the opponents will be very very good with two in a row away from home.

Broncs Exterminate Evanston 49-3/ Eagles and Rams Both Secure Blowout Wins

The #2 ranked 4A Sheridan Bronc Football team is now 3-0 on the season with a blowout win over Evanston Friday. Their first touchdown of the night came on the second offensive play of the game.

They later scored off of a blocked Evanston punt.

Next Friday the competition heats up as the Broncs travel to face the #5 ranked Cheyenne East team.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs host Evanston tonight Head coach Don Julian says they want to get after the Red Devils at the start.

And he says they just want to make sure and have a nice balanced attack tonight.

FALL SPORTS SEASON - This week we begin week three of the fall sports season Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian says all activities and sports are off to a good start.

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs are 2-0 as they head into action tomorrow following the game a third of the regular season will be over and Julian says once it starts it seems to move along rapidly.

And in the next three games the top contending teams will really start to separate themselves.

Lady Bronc Swimmers Start Strong / SHS Tennis Splits at NC / Rockies Fall Late Against San Fran

SWIMMING - The Lady Bronc swimmers won both of their competitions over the weekend winning the Cody and Riverton invitationals Head coach Brent Moore says it was one of the best weekends they've had.

And three weeks into the season they are in really good shape they go back out on the road they will be at Laramie Friday and compete in the Cheyenne invitational Saturday.

Sheridan College Rodeo set to Kick off the fall season with a home Rodeo September 23-25

The Sheridan College Rodeo will be held September 23-25 at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds.

Performances will be held at 6pm on Friday and Saturday and 10am on Sunday for the short round. Slack will be on Friday at 1pm and Saturday at 9am. Spectator admission is FREE!

Sheridan College’s rodeo team, is set for another exciting season they will travel to Chadron, Nebraska, to take on the Eagles of Chadron State College this weekend.

Broncs Football Wins at KW / Rams, Eagles Pick up Home Victories / Pokes win in Triple OT

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs ran their record to 2-0 with a 34-0 shut out win at Casper Kelly Walsh. They led 21-0 at halftime and put the game away in the 4th quarter scoring back to back touchdowns :09 seconds apart.

Offensively the Broncs were a bit off Friday night but Head coach Don Julian says they still did a lot of good things too.

The defense really flexed it's muscle in the game that was an emphasis all week in their game plan.
