The Buffalo Bison swim team had another great weekend taking three of four duals at Riverton and finishing second to the Tigers in Lander.
At Riverton, the Bison took Cody 149-93, Riverton 145-120, and Worland 149-76, but dropped their dual with Lander 149-136.
As a team, Buffalo took first in the 200 medley relay, the 200 free relay and the 400 free relay.
Individually, the Bison got first place finishes from Wilbur Hoot in the 200 individual medley and the 100 back; Kevin Kramer in the 50 free; Neil Medders in the 500 free; Kyle Todd in the 100 fly; and Josh Cohoon in the 100 free.
Caleb Dillinger also qualified for state in the 50 free.
At the Lander Invite, the host Tigers took the meet with 402 points, followed by Buffalo with 312, Powell with 215, and Douglas with 186.
The Bison as a team won the 200 medley relay, and the 200 and 400 free relays.
Individually, Wilbur Holt won the 100 fly; Cohoon took the 200 free; Todd won the 100 butterfly; and Nate Holt took the 500 free.
Justin Land qualified for state in the 50 and 100 free.
Buffalo will host Powell on Friday and travel to Gillette on Saturday.
Coach Ron Chapin said the team overall had a good weekend, and is looking forward to this weekend as well.
