Bison Head to State, Prepare for Regionals

The Buffalo Bison swim team will travel to Gillette this weekend for their State Meet, looking up to perennial powerhouse Lander, but confident they can challenge for the state title.
Coach Ron Chapin said the Tigers have won 14 straight championships and will be tough to beat, but the Bison have a legitimate shot at the state title.

The State Meet will kick off Friday and continue Saturday in Gillette.
The Bison boys' basketball team, sitting in second place in the 3A East behind Torrington, will have two conference games this weekend, hosting Glenrock Friday and Douglas Saturday.
The girls will play at Glenrock Friday and host Douglas Saturday.

The Bison wrestlers will send eight wrestlers to the State Meet at the Events Center in Casper this weekend. Action will begin Friday and continue on Saturday.
