BHS and Kaycee Spring Sports Begin Competition This Week

This week the Buffalo High School spring sports season gets in full swing with a short practice week before competitions in just a couple of days.
The Bison boys' and girls' soccer teams will begin their 2012 campaigns on Friday as the boys host Gillette at BHS and the girls travel to Gillette to take on the Lady Camels. Game times are at 11 and 1 for both the boys and girls.
The Bison track team will also get their 2012 season started this week at the Natrona Earlybird Meet at Natrona County High School Saturday at 10am.
Buffalo will host the annual Jerry Campbell Invite next Friday at BHS, and we'll have more on that next week.
Kaycee High School will be breaking in a new track and field complex this year, and AD Jason Humble said the school is looking into hosting the first Kaycee Twilight Invite on May 1, and maybe hosting a middle school meet this year as well. We'll know more on that in a few weeks.
The Kaycee track team is preparing this week for their first meet, the Jerry Campbell Invite in Buffalo next Friday.
