Another busy local sports week begins Wednesday night with SC and UW Basketball

SC HOOPS - The Sheridan college Generals and Lady Generals host games with Western Wyoming tomorrow night.

The Lady Generals are coming off an 18 point win at Little Big Horn CC and Head coach Frank McCarthy says they get a great challenge from Western Wyoming tomorrow night.

And McCarthy says the regular season is starting to come to a close and they must start to get momentum going in the next few weeks to get ready for post season play.

The Generals are going through a rough stretch, within a week they lost one of their best players to a season ending leg injury then dropped two straight games losing both at the buzzer including Saturday's road game at Little Big Horn community college and Head coach Steve Smiley says they are in a tough spot right now.

Smiley says one thing for sure tomorrow night's game with Western is a must win for the Generals.

We will have the Generals game live for you tomorrow night on 87.7 FM ESPN radio tip off is scheduled for 7:30.

BRONC / LADY BRONC HOOPS - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams play games with Cheyenne East and Central this week the Lady Broncs will play at home.

We will broadcast all four games for you Friday night at 7:00 and Saturday afternoon at 1:00. the Broncs can be heard on 14-10 KWYO and Lady Broncs on 87.7 FM.
EAGLES HOOPS - The Tongue River basketball teams spend their second consecutive weekend at home hosting games with Wright Friday and Greybull Saturday.

RAMS HOOPS - The Big Horn basketball teams will host games with Riverside Friday and travel Saturday to play at Rocky Mountain high school in Byron.

UW HOOPS - The Wyoming basketball teams play Fresno state tomorrow night the Cowgirls play at home the Pokes will play at Fresno and we will have it live on 14-10 KWYO pregame starts at 7:30.

WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers will be back in action this week hosting duals with Cheyenne East and Central Friday and Laramie and Cheyenne South Saturday. Duals Friday will be at 5:00 and 7:00 pm and Saturday at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.

SWIMMING - The Bronc swimmers hosts duals Friday evening with the Casper schools.

HOCKEY - The Sheridan Hawks hockey team plays at home Saturday evening against Cheyenne at 5:00 and Sunday morning they play again at 9:45.
