Sheridan Bronc assistant football coach Micheal Mcguire is supervising the weight room and conditioning activities he says this is the most important time for any football team.
The Broncs have played for the last two 4-A football titles and had played more games than other team in Wyoming over that stretch playing 12 games each of the last two years and earning trips to the state football championships in Laramie winning it all in 2009 and finishing at the runner up last season and Mcguire says that success has shown the players how effective their off season training program can be.
And he says it's not just football players in the weight room this summer as several athletes across the board are training at least three times per week.
