LOCAL BAREBACK RIDER RIDES THE WYO - Former Sheridan high school football player and wrestler Devan Reilly was the first bareback rider out of the chutes Saturday night, Reilly was a member of the last Bronc state championship in football back in 2011 and last month placed 6th in the CNFR bareback riding.

We caught up with him about an hour before the performance opened. And he said it doesn't get any better than riding Saturday night at the WYO.

Devan talked about learning the rodeo life of going up and down the road.

That was all before his ride and just a fell seconds after the ride. He scored a ride of 74.

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers play at Thorne-Rider stadium this afternoon and we will broadcast all the action live.

It's a single nine inning game against Laramie you can hear it on 14-10 KWYO the first pitch is scheduled to be tossed out at noon.

BRONC / LITTLE BRONC FOOTBALL CAMP - The Sheridan high school football coaching staff has Little Bronc football camp this week.

It's 8th annual Bronc and Little Bronc football mini-camp Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

The Little Bronc camp will be held from 5-6 pm each evening at Homer Scott stadium and is open for grades K-8. Registration is $10 and will be done at the field before the first session Wednesday night. each camper must have proof of insurance and will receive a camp tee shirt.

Broncs in grades 9-12 will be practicing from 6-8 pm each evening with 7 on 7 and team scrimmages set against several area teams on Saturday beginning at 9 am. There is no charge or registration for the high school players.
