2013 WYOMING BASKETBALL ALL-STAR ROSTERS ANNOUNCED

BOYS

Marshall McArthur is a 6’4, 160 pound guard from Powell, Wyoming. Marshall played for Coach Mike Henry at Powell High School. Marshall is a three time All-Conference selection, 2011-2013, and was named All-State in 2013 while averging 15.9 points, 6.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.8 steals, and 1.5 blocks per game. Scoring 993 points in his career, Marshall is the 3rd all-time leading scorer at Powell High School. Marshall also participated in track & tennis while attending Powell High School. Marshall boasted a 4.0 GPA and plans on attending college to study Pharmacy or Dentistry.

Tyler Loose is a 6’0, 170 pound guard from Laramie, Wyoming. Tyler played at Laramie High School for Coach Chuck Kern. Tyler is a two-time All-Conference selection, 2012 & 2013, as well as a 2013 All-State recipient. Tyler helped lead his team to a 19-7 record, as well as a state tournament appearance. On the court, Tyler averaged 15.7 points, 4.7 assists, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.2 steals as a senior. Tyler also participated in football and track while at Laramie High School. Tyler earned a 3.92 GPA in the classroom and is undecided on his collegiate destination.

Logan Burningham is a 6’0, 165 pound guard from Ten Sleep, Wyoming. Logan played for Coach Aaron Abel at Ten Sleep High School. Logan is a four-time All-Conference & All-State selection, as well as the two-time Northwest Conference Player of the Year. Logan averaged 23 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2.5 steals a game this past season. While at Ten Sleep, Logan also participated in football & golf. Logan boasts a 3.48 GPA and plans on studying Wildlife Management in college.

Kade Salisbury is a 6’3, 185 pound guard from Riverton, Wyoming. Kade played at Riverton High School for Coach Richard Quayle. While at Riverton High School Kade was an All-Conference selection, as well as a All-State Tournament selection while averaging 8.6 points, 7.4 rebounds, 5.6 assists, and 3.1 steals. Kade set the school record for assists in a career at Riverton High School. Kade also participated in soccer & football. Kade boasts a 3.8 GPA and is planning on studying Sports Management & Marketing in college.

Seth Quayle is a 6’5, 190 pound forward from Riverton, Wyoming. Seth played for Coach Richard Quayle at Riverton High School. Seth was an All-Conference, All-State, and Co-Conference Player of the Year while averaging 11.5 points, 9.4 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.2 steals, and 3.0 blocks per game. Seth posts a 4.0 GPA in the classroom and plans on attending the University of Wyoming in the fall to study engineering.

Lucas Watkins is a 6’7, 220 pound forward from Lander, Wyoming. Lucas played at Lander High School for Coach Terry Hopkin. While at Lander, Lucas earned All-Conference and All-State honors while averaging 12.4 points and 8.2 rebounds. Luscas earned a 4.0 GPA in the classroom and plans on attending to college in the fall to study business or art.

Xavier Webb is a 6’0, 175 pound guard from Riverton, Wyoming. Xavier played for Coach Richard Quayle. While at Riverton High School, Xavier was a two-time All-Conference Player, and a two-time All-State player while averaging 16.7 points per game. Xavier also competed in football & soccer while at Riverton High School. Xavier boasted a 3.9 GPA in the classroom and is planning on attending college in the fall to study biology & environmental science.

Samuel Hainline is a 6’6, 190 pound forward from Laramie, Wyoming. Samuel played for Coach Chuck Kern at Laramie High School where he earned All-Conference honors while averaging 12.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, and .8 blocks per game. Samuel boasted a 3.25 GPA and plans on attending college in the fall to study engineering.

Logan Wasson is a 6’0, 180 pound guard from Gillette, Wyoming. Logan played for Coach Mike Curry at Gillette High School where he earned All-Conference & All-State honors while 11.3 points & 1.9 steals per game while leading the Camels to a 23-4 record.

Wyatt Shinaver is a 6’2, 175 pound guard from Afton. Wyatt played for Coach Jason Cazier at Star Valley High School. Wyatt is a All-Conference & All-State performer while leading his team to the 3A Championship. Wyatt averaged 16.8 points, 2.6 assists, and 2.8 steals while helping his team to a 19-5 record. Wyatt boasted a game high 41 point performance on the season.

GIRLS

Shanda Post is a 5’8” guard from Lander, Wyoming. Shanda played at Lander Valley High School for Coach Craig Robinson. In her senior season, Shanda averaged 17.4 points, 9.6 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 3.4 steals per game. She was top 10 in the state for scoring, assists, and rebounding. Shanda also made the All-Conference and All-State team. Shanda will be attending Casper College next fall on a basketball scholarship.

Kassidy Scott is a 5’10” post player from Douglas, Wyoming. She played at Douglas High School for Coach Jaci Heny. In her senior season, Kassidy averaged 16.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.1 steals per game, and shot 76% from the free throw line. She also made the All-Conference and All-State teams. Kassidy will be attending Casper College next fall on a basketball scholarship.

Dana Bjorhus is a 5’6” guard from Thermopolis, Wyoming. She played at Thermopolis High School for Coach Bret Hoover. Dana averaged 13.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 3 steals per game, in her senior season. She also led the state in free throwing shooting by shooting 84% from the line. Dana also made All-Conference and All-State. Dana will be attending Northwest College on a basketball scholarship.

Hailey Ligocki is a 5’8” guard from Sheridan, Wyoming. She played at Sheridan High School for Coach Sean Yeager. During her senior season, Hailey averaged 11.2 points and 2.6 assists per game, while shooting 71% from the Free Throw Line. She also made the All-Conference and All-State teams. Hailey will be playing basketball for the University of Wyoming.

Mali Wright is a 6’0” post player from Sheridan, Wyoming. She played at Sheridan High School for Coach Sean Yeager. Mali averaged 6.7 rebounds per game, and was fourth in the state in shooting percentage with 55%. She also made All-Conference and All-State. Mali will be attending Newman University in Kansas, and will play both basketball and volleyball.

Katie Kuhn is a 5’6” guard from Laramie, Wyoming. She played at Laramie High School for Coach Rod Tyson. Katie averaged 15 points and 2.4 assists per game, while shooting 35% from the three point line, and 74% from the free throw line, in her senior season. She was also on the All-Conference and All-State teams. Katie will be attending Sheridan College next fall on a basketball scholarship.

Elissia Johnson is 5’9” forward from Cheyenne, Wyoming. She played at Cheyenne East High School for Coach Rusty Horsley. In her senior season, Elissia averaged 11.3 points and 5.1 rebounds per game, and shot 76% from the free throw line. She also made the All-Conference and All-State teams. Elissia will be attending Casper College next fall on a basketball scholarship.

McCorra Ford is a 5’6” guard from Gillette, Wyoming. She played at Campbell County High School for Coach Mitch Holst. McCorra averaged 3.8 assists and 2.8 steals per game, in her senior season. She also helped lead her team to the State Championship Title. McCorra made the All-Conference and All-State Teams. McCorra will be playing basketball for Gillette College.

Dani Williams is 5’10” guard from Gillette, Wyoming. She played at Campbell County High School for Coach Mitch Holst. Dani averaged 10.8 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game, and shot 37% from the three point line her senior season. She also made the All-Conference and All-State teams, while leading her team to the State Championship Title. Dani will be playing basketball for the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Sierra Toms is a 6’0” post player from Gillette, Wyoming. She played at Campbell County High School for Coach Mitch Holst. In her senior season, Sierra averaged 14 points, and 5.8 rebounds per game, shot 33% from the three point line, and had a field goal percentage of 51%. She also played a big role in her team winning the State Championship. She was also on the All-Conference and All-State teams. Sierra will be attending Sheridan College next fall on a basketball scholarship.
