1-A / 2-A REGIONAL BASKETBALL - The Big Horn, Tongue River and Arvada/Clearmont basketball teams started regional tournament play Thursday.
In the girls 2-A East bracket the Tongue River Lady Eagles beat Lusk 54-27, the Big Horn Lady Rams beat Burns 54-48 and that sets up tonight's semi final Tongue River vs Big Horn at 7:00
The Eagles opened the tournament losing to Lusk 78-31 while the Rams opened with a 76-66 win over Saratoga.
The Eagles play a loser-out game with Moorcroft and the Rams will play Pine Bluffs in the semi finals tonight.
The Arvada/Clearmont teams are in Douglas for their regional both teams lost Thursday the Lady Panthers lost 59-19 against Lingle the Panthers fell to Guernsey 62-37.
They play elimination games today the Lady Panthers against Guernsey and the Panthers against Lingle.
BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Broncs and Lady Broncs play at Gillette tonight to end the regular season the girls tip at 5:30 the boys at 7:30 and you can hear both games live on 14-10 KWYO and 87.7 FM.
The Lady Broncs beat Gillette in their first meeting this season as Head coach Jessica Pickett says they are looking forward to the challenge of playing on Gillette's home court.
And even though this is the final regular season game she says the Lady Broncs strive to keep getting better as they approach the post season.
The Broncs lost at home to Gillette by 10 and a win tonight would give them an automatic bid into the state tournament and Head coach Gale Smith says they know how tough the Camels are at home.
STATE WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers will open the all-class state championships this morning matches begin at 9:00 at the Casper Events Center.
STATE SWIMMING - The Sheridan Bronc swimmers will be at the 4-A swimming and diving championships starting this evening in Gillette
SC BASKETBALL - Generals open tomorrow night at 6:00 in Sterling, Colorado against Otero JC from La Juanta, Colorado.
The Lady Generals play Lamar CC Sunday night at 7:00 the women's tourney is being played in Rock Springs.
UW BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys play Boise state at home tomorrow afternoon tip off is at 4:00 live on KWYO and 87.7 FM.
The Wyoming Cowgirls play their next game at Boise tomorrow.
