HIGH SCHOOL FALL SPORTS - The 2009 fall sports season starts Monday morning with the Sheridan Broncs opening training Camp the Broncs player / parent meeting will take place tomorrow at 4 o'clock in the SHS auditorium all players and parents must attend.The broncs and the coaches hit the field at Homer Scott stadium Monday morning for three weeks of camp before the season opener at home August 28th against Casper Kelly Walsh.
Monday August 17th is opening day for the Big Horn, Tongue River and NSI football teams and the 17th is also opening day for volleyball, Lady Bronc swimming, cross country, tennis and golf.

NCAA FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys continue pre season training this weekend the Pokes opened camp Thursday the season opener is September 5th at home with Weber State then the big game with Texas in Laramie September 12th.

NFL - The Denver Broncos are off today and resume training camp tomorrow yesterday the Broncos signed running back Knowshon Moreno he was the 12th overall pick in the NFL draft.

MLB - The Colorado Rockies beat the Chicago Cubs last night 6-2 that's six wins in their last eight games they remain tied with San Francisco in the national league wild card chase.

HIGH GOAL POLO - The Flying “H” polo ranch will host the “Oliver Wallop” cup today the match will get underway at 1 o'clock admission is free bring blankets, chairs and (maybe an umbrella.)
