San Jacinto came out firing in the second half and put the game away and went on to beat the Generals 90-66. That loss came after Wednesday’s loss against Howard Community College. In yesterday’s loss it was the Generals inability to score consistently that did them. Even though they were knocked out of the tournament after two games Davidson says the players deserve great credit for the year they just had. The Sheridan High School soccer teams opened up the spring season last night with mixed results. Wells went onto to say that the official announcement of the class of 2006 hasn’t been released by the coaches association and yesterday’s newspaper story jumped the gun a little. Wells is a long time colleague of both Burgess and Dow and he says the board of coaches believes that not only are Dow and Burgess great coaches but great educators as well.
