The Sheridan Bronc football coaching staff will have nearly 80 players in tow when they head to the Chadron State Team Football Camp this weekend. All the action begins on Saturday. Broncs Head Coach Don Julian said this is when they start building the foundation for the 2012 season. And he said it's not over in Chadron as the University Wyoming will be coming to Sheridan to put on a camp starting Thursday, June 7th. Following their ten days of football camp, the Bronc players will settle into their summer workout routine. Head Coach, Don Julian, says this routine has won them two out of the last three 4-A state football titles. The off season flies by as 4-A football teams will open fall camp August 6th. This is the system that Julian brought to Sheridan five years ago and has really breathed new life into the Bronc program. In his first year 2007, the Broncs had a winning record of 5-4; in 2008 they went 8-2 and made it to the semifinals. In 2009, 2010 and 2011 they played for the state title winning it all in '09 and 2011.
