The Bison Boys' Swim Team took the conference title last year and finished second at state to powerhouse Lander, and this year they believe they have the ability to repeat as conference champions and vie for a state title.
Coach Ron Chapin said he has solid senior leadership, but depth may be a problem.
Chapin said he has high expectations for everyone on the team, but a few in particular should excel.
The team's first meet will be Dec. 10th at the Casper Relays against 4A squads, Chapin said. It will give the team the opportunity to swim against the larger schools in a relay format, not the traditional dual-type meet. Chapin expects the team to do well at Casper
The team will then travel to Gillette Saturday, Dec. 11th for the Gillette Pentathlon.
