RAMS FOOTBALL - The Rams started the day day Saturday facing Thermopolis in the 2-A title game. The Rams had trouble getting the ball into the Endzone settling on three Colby Wollenmen field goals as Thermopolis avenged a regular season loss to Big Horn knocking the Rams of 13-9.
Following the game Head coach Bert Dow said it's tough consoling players after a championship loss.
He says they moved the ball well most of the game but couldn't finish those drives with touchdowns.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs ran into the state's number one ranked team twice in the last three weeks.
The Broncs beat Natrona county in Sheridan on the final week of the regular season and were giving the Mustangs all they wanted playing from behind then tying the game at 14-all in the second half but NC would strike quick after that and breakaway in the 4th quarter and go onto to win 34-14.
Broncs Head coach Don Julian talks about a tough loss to end the season as the runner-up. And he says after all the adversity the players went through they showed they deserved to be playing in the title game.
BISON FOOTBALL - The Buffalo Bison jumped on Douglas 14-0 in the first quarter in the 3-A title game but the three time defending champ Bearcats recovered and scored four unanswered touchdowns and beat the Bison 26-14.
COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys lost big at UNLV Saturday night the Rebels beat the Pokes 42-16. The Cowboys will close out their season at home Saturday against Colorado state.
BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos used their bye week well to prepare for Kansas City and they routed the Chiefs yesterday 49-29. Kyle Orton threw four touchdown passes in the victory. The broncos are 3-6 overall and will play a week from tonight at San Diego.
GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Generals took two wins over the weekend and stand at 3-0 on the season they blew out the Colorado Kings club team Friday night 116-68 and came back Saturday to beat Northeastern Colorado 101-90.
They play at a tournament this weekend at Northwest college in Powell.
LADY GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Lady Generals will spend the weekend at home hosting a tournament sponsored by State Farm Insurance. Game times Friday will be at 5:00 and 7:00 and Saturday afternoon at 1:00 and 3:00.
WINTER SPORTS SEASON - The high school winter sports season begins today with the first official practices for basketball and wrestling taking place. The regular season begins with games and matches December 3rd.
