Recently there has been a lot of news about the 2nd Amendment and self-defense in the news. Six local women have taken this to heart and enrolled in the Women's Self-defense course at the Harbour Combat Club located in the old Moose Building at 331 Broadway in Sheridan. The group meets twice a week for 4-weeks under the tutelage of David Harbour and his assistants Jeremy Williams and Brady McLean. Shown here is instructor Brady McLean being knocked to the ground by student Pam Klier. In this maneuver Pam hooks Brady's left leg, just above the heel, with the toe area of her right foot as she kicks his left knee with her left foot. Brady helplessly falls over backward allowing Pam to escape and run away. Scroll down to view other self-defense moves by Pam and Kristl Harbour during Wednesday nights course of instruction.
