During the 2012 ERA Carroll Realty Customer Appreciation Open House, 2 grants of $1250 each were presented. One for the education community and one for the non-profit community. The ERA Carroll Realty education grant went to the Slack School for purchasing 5 guitars. Music is an important part of the learning process.
