One of the bigger projects that the City of Sheridan will be concentrating on this year is the Wyoming-Park reconstruction project. The City advertised for bids on the first phase of the project last week.
Bids will be opened on May 9th, with the project being awarded to a contractor at the second Sheridan City Council meeting in May. City Engineer Lane Thompson says that Wyoming-Park will be a multi-phase project.
As far as what phase one of the project will entail? Thompson explains.
If the bid process goes accordingly, the City hopes to start the project in late June or early July this summer. The Wyoming-Park project will cost approximately $8.4 million.
