Blustery north winds forced Westview Health Care Center's Easter Egg Hunt indoors Friday afternoon.
Organizers had to improvise and the hunt, which was divided into three age categories, was now scattered to three different parts of the facility leaving some parents scrambling to find the right place for the right age of their kids.
Over 2,000 eggs, prizes, and baggies of candy were prepared for the 100-plus kids, and Westview Recreation Director Yvette Voogd says the event leaves the residents there somewhat stunned.
Three year-old Korah Condos nabbed plenty of Easter goodies and sums it all up in three words.
Westview Health Care Center is a 102-bed nursing home found west of Sheridan on Loucks Street.
