Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey's been conducting strategic interviews with business owners around town to learn how the role of government can be improved in order to strengthen the economy. Mayor Kinskey explains.
He says with school enrollment growing in the span of five years from 197 kids to 350 kids, local government must think long-term to provide these children jobs in Sheridan when they grow up.
Kinskey says a common thread in his interviews with local business owners was that the City needs to further improve its development processes.
Additionally, Kinskey says business owners have suggested the City focus on the infrastructure - working on streets and sidewalks, keeping parks clean, building pathways and creating more open spaces.
