Developing a manual that more clearly defines the procedures and policies is something that the Sheridan Economic and Educational Development Authority Joint Powers Board will continue to work on. SEEDA Administrative Staff member Robert Briggs.
Briggs stated that the manual will also include a process by which SEEDA will approve projects and consider them for participation.
