Local developer, Scott Bliss, who was recently arrested by the U.S. Border Patrol in Arizona for illegal possession of firearms and drugs, entered a plea of “not guilty” regarding the charges for possessing an illegal firearm and firearm silencer. Other charges he initially faced, including possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and possession of marijuana, were previously dropped. Bliss is currently released on bail, and attending a drug rehabilitation facility in Oregon. A trial date is set for March 2nd.
