Sheridan College will host the 16th annual Wyoming Academic Challenge competition Saturday, bringing about 100 high school students from Worland, Pinedale and schools in Sheridan County.

Students will compete for a chance to reach the state final this April in Casper. Along with the top team, awards are presented to the second and third place teams and to the top small school. Eighteen teams - 12 large schools and six small schools - will advance to the final.
The competition will be held tomorrow from noon to 5:30 at the Whitney Building Presentation Hall (CTEL) at the college.
