An incident that can be attributed to road rage occurred just before 11 am on the corner of Sheridan Avenue and Brundage Street Tuesday. Sheridan Police Detective Sergeant Tom Henry explains the events that led to an arrest for aggravated assault.
Henry says that it didn't take long to find the suspect once officers got a description of the vehicle.
Henry stated that a fixed blade knife was recovered from Kuzara's vehicle and placed into evidence. There was no indication as to what prompted the road rage incident, only that a weapon was brandished and the perpetrator later arrested. Kuzara will appear in Sheridan County Circuit Court this Friday afternoon before Judge John Sampson.
