Last week we reported that members of the Wyoming Wilderness Association went before the Sheridan County Commissioners to tell them about their recent visit to Washington D.C. and the Wyoming Delegation, to garner their support for keeping the Rock Creek Wilderness Area designated as Wilderness forever.
The delegation had told the association representatives that gaining statewide buy-in of the proposal was a goal toward which to reach, which prompted this week's Bank of Sheridan / sheridanmedia.com poll question: “Should the Rock Creek Area of the Big Horn National Forest become an official wilderness area?”
