The 2012 Johnson County Fair and Rodeo will wrap up this weekend with the parade and rodeo events at the fairgrounds.
Saturday kicks off with the annual Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30am at the corner of Fort and Adams Streets.
The Johnson County Fair and Rodeo Parade will begin at 10am and stretch from the junction of Old Highway 87 and South Main Street through downtown to the north end of town near First Interstate Bank. More than 70 entries have been confirmed for this year's parade.
The Parade of Champions will be at 12:30 and the rodeo will begin at 1pm.
Rodeo events are steer wrestling, bareback riding, calf roping, breakaway roping, barrel racing, pole bending, track races, and bronc and bull riding.
Admission to the rodeo is $5 for those 13 and older, children 7-12 are $3 each and children under 6 are free.
Saturday evening will close with the 4H/FFA Livestock Sale.
Sunday will close the weeklong fair with exhibits being released and the final rodeo events which begin at 1pm.
