At their last meeting the Johnson County Commissioners approved Resolution No. 463, to amend this year's budget to show the grants and other various sources of revenue approved by the commissioners.
Ptolemy Data Systems discussed with the commission how they can better serve the county by giving full service to the data systems they have built at the new judicial center. They will draft different plans and report back to the commissioners at their next meeting in early January.
The Commissioners approved the chair signing an updated MOU, or Memorandum of Understanding, concerning the NW Water Project for the city, which the county has agreed to split the costs with the City of Buffalo not covered by grants and loans from the Wyoming Water Development Commission for the project. The original MOU was showed a date for money distribution of June 30, 2013 and the new agreement changes the date to November 30, 2013.
The Commission also approved Resolution No. 464 to move the first meeting in January from the 1st to January 8th, and to also hold swearing-in services for the county elected officials on January 3rd.
The last meeting scheduled for December, on the 18th, was canceled altogether.
