Buffalo City Planner Zach Montgomery reported to the City Council last week on the status of a number of different projects in the city, including a new auto parts store that will be located in Buffalo.
Montgomery told the council that the Development Review Committee had looked over the preliminary site plan on October 18th, and their comments and suggestions were sent back to O'Reilly Auto Parts officials. Montgomery tells us more.
The auto parts store will be located on East Hart Street between the Subway and McDonald's properties, according to Montgomery.
O'Reilly Auto Parts, according to their website, was founded in 1957 as a single store in Missouri and has grown to a business consisting of over 3,613 stores in 39 states with more than 47,000 employees, including a store in Sheridan.
Montgomery had not confirmed the information, but suggested the company will be constructing the building over the winter and spring, with an opening date sometime in the summer of 2012.
