This Wednesday there will be a presentation by Dennis Heizer at Sheridan College entitled "Mountain Men: Discovery, Disease and Diet. Heizer's presentation will focus on the Northern Rocky Mountain Fur Trade from 1825 to 1840.
Heizer will also be discussing the primary diet of the mountain men and the effects that disease and medicine had on them during that time. The presentation is free and will be Wednesday February 17th at the Sheridan College Mohn's Center from 7:00 to 8:00 pm.
