Buffalo's annual Health Fair will be this Saturday at the Johnson County Fairgrounds' Community Building from 9am until noon.
If you had your blood drawn last month for the health screens, you can pick your results up on Saturday.
But plan on staying awhile, as there will be a lot of things to do and see while you're there, according to Karen Sullivan, Patient Education Specialist at the Johnson County Healthcare Center in Buffalo.
She said this year's Health Fair will have over 35 booths for people to visit and see what's available to better their health or learn about new products and services available.
People can check their blood pressure, have vision and hearing screenings, have a BMI (Body Mass Index) check, or check their dental health.
There will be some fun booths as well, she said, like the kids' fishing booth where they can win healthy, nutritious snacks and if the weather is nice, a bounce house will be set up outside for the kids to play in.
US Senator John Barrasso, a physician by trade, is expected to make his annual visit to the Johnson County Health Fair as well.
