The Sheridan Memorial Hospital Foundation announced Monday that they have received another significant gift from a local foundation toward the new Welch Cancer Center project. Hospital Foundation Executive Director Ada Kirven.
Kirven explains where they are at as far as fundraising for the new Cancer Center is concerned.
The groundbreaking for the $8.4 million project was held June 16th, with construction on the 16,000 square foot facility scheduled to begin this summer.
