The City of Sheridan continues to work with the consulting firm of Russell Mills Studios on the development of design standards for the High Tech Business Park in north Sheridan. The consultants have performed a series of interviews with stakeholders to receive input on the content of the document. City Planning Director Robert Briggs says that the design standards project to be a benchmark for future development in Sheridan.
The consultants presented a working draft of the High Tech Park Design Standards Tuesday night to receive feedback and input on what changes may need to be made in moving forward with the document. Principal Landscape Architect with Russell Mills Studios Craig Russell says that there are some things that need to be tightened up before submitting another draft of the design standards.
Russell said that after the next draft is presented to stakeholders, they will submit comments to Planning Director Robert Briggs and they will prepare a final document that will have to be adopted by the Sheridan City Council.
