Taxiway A at the Sheridan County Airport will be re-striped soon thanks to the Sheridan County Commissioners approving a grant request that will be submitted to the state. The grant will also allow for the purchase of a new slide in striping unit that will be used on striping projects at the airport. Airport Manager John Stopka.
Stopka stated that the striping does not affect any of the services at the airport while it's taking place. The grant application is for $44,500 and will be matched with County funds in the same amount for a total project cost of $89,000.
