A Flood Watch is in effect for Johnson County through this evening. A Flood Watch means there is potential for flooding based on forecasts.
Residents should monitor forecasts and be alert for possible flood warnings, and those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
A Winter Weather Advisory is also in effect for the mountains in north and central Wyoming. Significant rainfall, along with resulting runoff could cause bankfull flow with localized flooding of adjacent low-lying areas.
