Officials with the City of Sheridan flipped the switch on the decorative lighting along Dow and Jefferson Streets, signifying the completion of the West Downtown Phase III project. The project encompassed much of the area near the Sheridan County YMCA and Heritage Towers. City of Sheridan Project Manager Joe Schoen.
The $2.3 million project was funded with a multitude of sources that included consensus funds; a SLIB grant; capital facilities tax and one-cent funds. The project took a little over six months to complete.
