During a Senate Finance Committee hearing this week, Senator Mike Enzi expressed concerns about the new 1099 form requirements in the new health care reform law. He says that he thinks most small businesses will be burdened with the added paperwork:
Section 9006 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act requires business owners to submit a separate 1099 form for business-to-business transactions that total more than $600 in a year.
