The Hand in Hand Early Childhood Education Center in Sheridan held a news conference Wednesday to announce that they are taking enrollment for the Early Enrichment program. Hand in Hand was recently awarded $113,000 from the Wyoming Department of Education to fund the program, which serves 26 children free of charge.
Hand in Hand Interim Executive Director Linda Myers.
To qualify, the parent's income may not exceed 185% of the Federal Poverty level based on family size. Myers says it's simple to apply, and the child will remain enrolled in the program even if the parent's income changes.
The program is for children 3-5 years of age, and will begin Monday, January 10th. Hand in Hand will be accepting applications until the classes are filled. You can apply by calling Hand in Hand at 307-675-1990, or by emailing them by clicking here
