The annual Crazy Days/Crazy Nights celebration will be this Friday and Saturday in Buffalo.
Angela Jarvis, Director of the Buffalo Chamber of Commerce, tells us how Crazy Days began and how it has grown into this weekend's events.
Friday and Saturday, businesses will have great sales beginning at 8am and continuing throughout both days. Friday night Main Street will be blocked off and there will be a street dance featuring the band “Ruckus,” along with fun things for the kids to do, rides on a mechanical bull and plenty of vendors. Admission to the street dance is $5 per person, kids 12 and under are free.
Saturday is “Day Of The American Cowboy” all day, and happenings at Prosinski Park include “Art In The Park,” water barrel races, stick horse races, the kick the boot contest, house of magic and crafts for kids along with food vendors, craft vendors and merchants.
Jarvis said they are still looking for teams to participate in some contests.
